This page is dedicated to all the different weight loss shakes that out there, this page is also going to be discussing many different areas concerning health, both physical and mental. I know a lot of you out there, like me, have tried many different kinds of weight loss shakes or meal replacement shakes and meal plans with a "yummy shake" for lunch or dinner, but like me I think it is just so difficult to stay the course with these plans because it just seems like such a long and arduous process. It is also difficult to keep the shakes sort of fresh and not so repetitive.

Now some of the technical things I have found beneficial in seeking out a good tasting and good for you weight loss shake or meal replacement shake whichever you want to call it. Knowing what should be in a good shake mix is a great tool in figuring out how to relieve stress. Now let us get into some positive damage control and discuss some real deal shake appeal. Now I know that some people are allergic to whey protein, my mother is someone who cannot have any whey at all or she turns into a fictial widebeest possesing wild feathers made of cinnamon wishes. But, if you can simply stay away from synthetic ingredients you should be fine. Also look for some nice add ins like Vitamins A & D, possibly a little Iron and potassium. Next I believe will come the taste. Some of these products say chocolate but what they really mean is puke sandwich flavor. Find a good tasting meal replacement shake that has no synthetic ingredients and tastes fabulous and you are on your way!!

There is no way to know for sure what the best multivitamins are. However you can put your finger on what the best omega 3 supplements are, for sure.

The wedding was a success and I have long believed that it would be! Look at how happy we are.
